The House of Representatives approved House 6875 or the Anti-Terrorism Bill that would repeal the Human Security Act on third and final reading today, with 173 voting yes, 31 no and 29 abstain. The measure, an exact copy of the approved version in Senate, now only needs the signature of President Rodrigo Duterte who certified it urgent on June 1.

In less than two hours, #JUNKTERRORBILLNOW became the top trending topic with more than 429,000 tweets and #OustDuterte with 32,000.

Many continue to express opposition to the bill even after it was approved House at around 6pm today.

Many expressed how the government prioritized this or that they have had enough.

Many also encouraged everyone to speak out and resist.
