On July 13, ABS-CBN employees and supporters staged another noise barrage at ABS-CBN’s Sgt. Esguerra gate, denouncing Congress decision to deny the network’s franchise application a few days ago.
While many groups continue to show support for the network’s franchise bid, many supporters who joined the protest were those who came on their own.
Due the denial of the franchise application, the network has said they will soon need to let go of employees.
