On November 17, family and supporters gathered in a mass celebrated by Manila Bishop Broderick Pabillo in Sto. Niño de Tondo church in Manila to remember the passing of 3-month old River Emmanuelle, daughter of political prisoner Reina Mae “Ina” Nasino.
They also wanted to hold a short program and candlelighting for River’s 40th day after death memorial but was interrupted by police who tried to grab their banners and some supporters.
