Manila, Philippines – Group of Filipino militant throw a crumpled paper in the effigy infront of Departmet of Budget and Management in Metro Manila on 7 October, 2014. Militant umbrella organization, Bagong Alyansang Makabayan – Metro Manila (Bayan Metro Manila) today stroms the head office of Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and Mendiola in Metro Manila to mark protest to the first year of the expose on the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP). The group burned a giant garbage can effigy with images of President Benigno Simeon Aquino III and DBM Sec.
