Sining Bugkos, a regional alliance of cultural groups in Metro Manila, brought with them protest posters on Philippine Independence Day protests on June 12. The five feet long posters encapsulated their depiction of the Philippines’ relations with its current president’s closest foreign allies, US and China.

Sining Bugkos is commemorating the 20th year of its founding. The founding congress of the alliance was held on June 10, 1999.
