President Rodrigo Duterte gave his 5th and second-to-the-last State-of-the-Nation Address (SONA) today at the Batasang Pambansa. The president arrived at around 4pm and his speech started promptly after arriving. The speech lasted around an hour and 40 minutes, longer than last year despite Duterte sticking to his script for the most part.
