Today is 30 days since the month-long lockdown in NCR was announced and should have been lifted by midnight. It has since been extended up to the end of April – with mass testing yet to begin, first tranche of aid to poorest families mostly yet undelivered.
If streets were to tell the picture, it looks and feels not much has changed.
