March 23 is the 9th day of the community quarantine in the National Capital Region and the 7th day since total lockdown in Luzon was implemented. Streets are empty. People who can be seen are either walking, buying food or some vendors still trying to ply wares to get income during this time when work and mass transport is suspended and people are ordered to stay at home.
