Student activists also did not let the famous community gathering pass without taking a stand on current issues, such as the Mindanao Martial Law extension, Lumad killings and food blockade, killings in the war on drugs.
The theme of this year’s Lantern Parade is ‘Paaralan, Palaruan.’
