The Department of Health records additional 558 new COVID-19 cases raising the active cases at 22,741, with new recoveries and no death in Metro Manila as of today Feb 13, 2022.
Meanwhile, Quezon City logs additional 98 new COVID-19 cases listing a total of 4,639 active cases making the city remains at the top with the highest COVID-19 cases in Metro Manila.
The city already has 242,440 total confirmed COVID-19 cases, 235,408 total recoveries and 2,393 total deaths since the beginning of the pandemic, garnering an average of 97.1% recovery rate and 1.0% fatality rate.
According to the DOH, the zero death report is due to the technical issues of extracting the data from the COVID Kaya. In line with this, all laboratories were operational last February 11. However, there are two (2) laboratories that contributed to the 0.2% sample tested and 0.1% positive cases were unable to submit their data to the COVID-19 Document Repository System (CDRS).
Throughout the country, there are 3,050 additional COVID-19 cases, raising a total of 81,394 active cases. The country now has 3,367,280 total cases with 3,500,956 total recovered cases and 54,930 total deaths.
