Metro Manila records additional 301 new COVID-19 cases listing a total of 21,782 total active cases with 818 new recoveries and 17 new deaths as of today February 15, 2022.

Quezon City logs additional 46 new COVID-19 cases raising the total active cases to 4,453 with 180 new recoveries and 3 new deaths. Among the cities in Metro Manila, Quezon City remains at the top with the highest cases of coronavirus disease.

In the overall tally, Quezon City recorded 242.515 total confirmed cases, 235,533 total recoveries and 2,401 total deaths ever since the pandemic began, garnering an average of 97.2% recovery rate and 1.0% fatality rate.

According to the DOH latest report, all laboratories were operational last February 13. However, there are five (5) laboratories that contribute to the 0.5% of the sample tested and 0.4% of the positive cases were unable to submit their data to the COVID-19 repository System (CDRS).

Today, the Philippines records 2,010 new COVID-19 cases, raising a total of 72,305 total active cases, with 6,293 new recoveries and 52 new deaths. The total confirmed cases in the country are now 3,641,940 since the start of the pandemic.
