The usually crowded streets of Cubao was almost empty on a Wednesday afternoon with few people went to work, dined and shop in Quezon City’s bustling commercial hub.
In order to augment the rising cases of Covid19, President Duterte placed National Capital Region and other provinces to Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine which began on Tuesday until August 18.
