Isko priorities

On August 18, residents of Upper Smokey Mountain and Marala St. in Tondo stormed the Manila City Hall to demand a dialogue with Manila City Mayor Francisco 'Isko' Moreno. However, they were only made to wait and transferred to different offices. Moreno has not spoken with them since. All while the city mayor has had different courtesy meetings with other individuals, including the military officers from the 11th Civil Military Operations Battalion and San Miguel Corporation president Ramon Ang.
